Head to app.klasstack.com/register-school, fill in your school details, and create your admin account. Setup takes about 5 minutes, and the free plan stays free.
Yes. Klasstack supports bulk import via CSV and Excel. Navigate to Students → Import in your admin dashboard. We also offer a one-time data migration service for schools switching from another system.
Core attendance and result entry features work offline on the mobile app and sync automatically when connectivity is restored. The web admin dashboard requires an internet connection.
Klasstack integrates directly with Paystack to accept card and bank transfer payments. You set your fee items and amounts, send invoices to parents, and track payment status in real time. Parents pay via the Klasstack parent app or web portal.
Yes. You can configure fee items with partial payment enabled, and parents can pay in as many installments as you allow. The dashboard tracks outstanding balances automatically.
You define your grading system (numeric, letter, CGPA), set assessment components (CA, exam, project), and record scores per course and term. Klasstack auto-computes totals, positions, and generates printable transcripts.
Yes. Every school gets a parent-facing portal and mobile app (iOS & Android). Parents see attendance, results, fee statements, and school announcements. You control what is visible.
Every new school receives a live onboarding session with our team. Growth and Pro plan customers also get dedicated training sessions for teachers and admin staff.
You own your data. Before cancelling, export a full archive of all student records, fees, and academic history from Settings → Export. We retain data for 90 days post-cancellation before deletion.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). We perform regular security audits and operate on SOC 2-compliant infrastructure. We never sell or share student data with third parties.
Go to Settings → Billing in your admin dashboard. Plan upgrades take effect immediately. You are billed pro-rata for the remainder of the current billing cycle.
