Data & account deletion
You can ask us to delete your personal data or close your school's account at any time. Here's how each request works.
Delete your personal data
Email privacy@klasstack.com from the address on your account, telling us what you want removed. We verify the request and respond within 14 business days.
If your data sits inside a school's records, the school controls it — we'll pass your request on to them and confirm once it's handled.
Close a school account
A school administrator can request closure by emailing privacy@klasstack.com or by using the form above and picking Data or account deletion.
Export your archive first — school and student data is kept for 90 days after cancellation, then permanently deleted.
Some records are held longer where the law requires it, such as financial and transaction records. Full details are in our privacy policy.
